1.  Do all of these rules apply if I rent the bus for a private tour?

The below guidelines and rules generally apply to the public Craft Connection Brewery Tour experience. Please contact us via the #HOPON request to answer questions regarding your private tour experience as it is customized to fit your needs!


2.  Can I byob?

Bring a growler – BYOG!


3.  What does the tour include?

Other than fun with friends and family, the tour includes transportation to three-four local breweries in three-four hours, 10-15 samples of local craft beer, tours at each brewery, bottles of water and snacks on the bus, souvenir cups, and coolers with ice to keep your growlers cold.


4.  Do you have to be over 21?

In accordance with Federal and State Law, all participators in the Craft Connection Tour experience must be 21 or over. IDs will be checked prior to entering the bus.


5. What do I need to bring, if anything? 

Please show your tour guide the confirmation email (this is your ticket) you receive after booking. Dress for the weather as the majority of breweries do not have A/C!


6. Do we get food on the tour? 

Light snacks are provided. We highly recommend eating a solid meal prior to your tour experience. You may also bring your own grub on the bus.


7. Can I show up the day of, without a reservation?

If there is available seating on the bus, you’re more than welcome to join! Exact cash accepted upon entering.


8. If I’m not drinking do I have to pay for a ticket?

We do offer a non-drinker ticket. You get the same experience minus the booze. Please contact us via the #HOPON request to reserve a non-drinker ticket.


9.  Do you have a cancellation policy?

Stuff comes up, we get it. You will be missed. Cancellation occurring prior to 72 hours will be eligible for a refund of tour fare minus card processing fees. Cancellation occurring within 72 hours of tour will not receive refund of tour. Craft Connection reserves the right to cancel tours due to unsafe weather or unfavorable roadways. Consideration for such circumstances is determined by the tour guide/driver. At time of tour cancellation due to said circumstances, all available efforts will be taken to notify the scheduled customers.


10.  Where do I park and can I leave my car there overnight?

Overnight, cheap, and/or gated parking is available near all tour meeting spots – why do you think we meet there?!? Your driver will have a resource of cab numbers that he or she is happy to share for you. Do you want to know how to multiply the cost of your beer tour by 1000? Get pulled over.


11.  Is tipping required?

Tipping is not required but strongly encouraged for your tour guide. If you enjoy their service, show them some love!

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Refund Policy: Refunds are granted only for cancellations occurring prior to 72 hours of scheduled tour, and if tour is cancelled by Craft Connection. Tours may be cancelled at the discretion of Craft Connection due to harsh or severe weather resulting in unfavorable and unsafe road conditions.
